How do I listen to the station?
You may click or tap on the "Listen to Downtown" or "Listen to Heartland" buttons on the home page, or follow those links from the navigation menu anywhere on the site, and then click or tap the Live Streaming button. You can also listen via the Stream Licensing app for iOS or Android (more on that below).
How fast of an Internet connection is required to listen to Grey FM?
Our stream has a maximum quality of 128 kbps, which is supported by any wired network connection (such as a corporate network), WI-FI, and practically all cell phones with a 4G connection. Remember that if you are listening on your phone, standard data charges will apply if you are using cellular data.
Is there an app for listening to Grey FM?
Yes! You can listen to Grey FM Downtown or Grey FM Heartland with the Stream Licensing app. There are actually three different versions of the app - one will play only Grey FM Downtown, one will only play Grey FM Heartland, and one will play all stations on the Stream Licensing network. The app is available for both iOS and Android.
Is there an option to listen commerical free?
There is no longer a commerical free "VIP" listening option as there was with Live365 from 2007-2015. Please note that commericals are inserted by our streaming host, and we have no control over the content of commercials.
